Project: Long Beach Seaside Park Solar Project
Project Value: Esimated Solar Installation cost is $60k
Project Description: Prepare a design & Build performance specification for the installation of solar power energy to run the park lighting, restroom lighting, and court lighting at Seaside Park. The size of the park is approximately 4 acres. The new park is currently under construction and includes the construction of a new soccer field, tot playground area, walkways, picnic tables and benches, hard-court basketball area, restrooms and landscaping.

Project: City of Signal Hill, New Police Station
Project Value: Estimated projected cost for the Solar Installation is $0.5m
Project Description: Design of a solar generating system for the proposed new police station in the City of Signal Hill. The new solar system will reduce peak electrical demand, thereby reducing operating costs significantly. Inclluded in the design scope was the design of free standing parking area shade structure. the solar panels will be mounted on the roof of the parking Shade Structures. Sunbeam Undertook the full electrical and solar design contract including the commissioning of the parking structures and specifications.
